Chief Roy D. Seiple Chief Seiple is a native of West Easton, PA and a 1973 graduate of Wilson Area High School. He attended Moravian College graduating in 1977 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Chief Seiple began his law enforcement career in 1977 after attending the Allentown Police Academy where he received certification under Act 120 as a Municipal Police Officer. Between 1977 and 1995, Chief Seiple worked for Northern York Regional, Moore Township Police Department, Bethlehem City Police Department, Upper Nazareth Township and Nazareth Area Police Department as a patrol officer. During Chief Seiple's career he has attended specialized training provided by the International Chief's of Police Association, Pennsylvania Chief's of Police Association, the FBI and the Pennsylvania State Police. Chief Seiple is a graduate of the 199th session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Chief Seiple joined Colonial Regional Police Department at it's inception in October 1995. He attained the rank of Sergeant in February 1997. In August 2002, he was selected to assume the position of Chief of Police after Chief Daniel A. Spang retired on December 31, 2002.
