On Tuesday, November 25, 2025 @ 11:00 hrs Luke Segraves became Colonial Regional Police Department's newest member. Luke
comes to CRPD from the Williamsport Area. He graduated from the Williamsport Police Academy - Mansfield Campus on Friday, November 21, 2025. Luke is a 2023 graduate of Williamsport Area High School. He attended Bloomsburg University after graduation for Business Administration.
Luke is a member of the Army National Guard since 2022. He holds the rank of E-4 Special Infantryman.
Luke relocated to the Nazareth area to start his career in law enforcement.
