Det. Christopher Templeton Retirement

On Friday October 2, 2026  we celebrated the retirement of one of our own after 20 years of dedicated service to the Colonial Regional Police Department. Over the years, Detective Templeton’s knowledge, experience, and willingness to share what he’s learned has made an impact on countless officers and will continue to be carried forward. As he closes this chapter and begins a new one, we want to thank him for everything he has given to this department, this community, and the officers he has worked alongside.

From all of us at Colonial Regional Police Department, we wish you nothing but success and happiness in your next chapter.

You will be missed! 💙
